  Mold and moisture. There is mold growing in every room in my apartment and there is so much moisture, windows are steamed for most of the time you can't see anything through it. They come and paint this mold over but it grows back and they don't do anything with moisture and this is the reason why there is mold. It wasn't bad in the summer when we had windows open but now when is cold is so bad.
