  We were delighted with our beautiful new marinachi granite kitchen counter. The installers were fast, courteous, did a perfect job (with one exception), and cleaned up afterwards. The one exception was that we were unhappy with the way they finished one corner of the backsplash where it turned two corners. We called Okan and he sent another crew out to finish the corner. When we *still* weren't happy, he sent another crew out to remove the piece that had been done and finish the corner another way, with a bevel. Each time we called, Okan was totally apologetic, and arranged for the work to be completed to our satisfaction immediately with no argument or unpleasantness.
